This is extremely valuable in my case because I need to make a decision in a short amount of time and can't afford to make decisions based on imprecise information. Furthermore, she is caring. I needed to go abroad before closing, so she helped to arrange a remote closing as well as starting the water service on my behalf. She also went back to the property for inspection several times, upon my personal request. Finally, she is responsible. This is rare and extremely valuable. You could trust her words.
