I can't say it enough, Kelly Toney is amazing! We looked at homes for about 9 months, and had pretty specifics asks on what we were looking for and on budget. We looked at sooooooo many homes around Southwest Michigan and Kelly always made it work and never got tired of our questions or requests for showings! As a buyer in a sellers market I really felt like she had our backs. She cared more about protecting us from a bad investment than making money and gave us honest feedback on homes that weren't going to be valued the same in a few years. Her knowledge about this area is vast and helpful. We had such a good time with her and I'm actually going to miss seeing her! To us Kelly Toney will always be considered a friend and I'm SO thankful we were referred to her and we'll be referring all our family and friends to her!
