I can't imagine any agent doing more in all aspects of the searching and buying process than Tom, especially during COVID, and buying a home from 2 hours away. Tom would walk through many homes via FaceTime. Talk to agents to get information and documents. Help me understand the documents. Recommend next steps. Offer terms. Nuances. I could go on and on. Besides a great agent, he is simply just a great person. I was actually sad to have closed because that meant I would not be communicating with him. He became like family to us.

The sale of my house was not your typically one. We had 2 offers within 3 days, but then it didn't appraise and we needed a second appraisal. The septic failed it's inspection so we got another one. Jodi had to chase down the final invoice. She went above and beyond for help us get to closing, and she was helpful answering all of our questions throughout the way. I had been considering selling the house myself, but after working with Jodi, I realized that would not have been worth the extra savings.
