Andrew made the steps from submitting an offer to closing almost seamless. I knew he always had my best interest in mind. As a first time home buyer, I appreciated his clear explanation of the documents and what to expect at each stage of the process with follow up emails, texts and phone calls (even with the 3 hour time difference!). He did some tough work to make sure the signed purchase agreement was followed and met before moving ahead with closing.

She helped walk her through the entire process and made sure to update her and answer all her questions, even the obvious ones. The day of closing Tania surprised my daughter with a housewarming basket tailored to her, proving just how much she listened and cared during this process.
